What We Ask Of You

To provide fast and compliant service, we must adhere strictly to local transfer station regulations. Please review the following rules before loading your dumpster.

  • No Hazardous Waste (Paint, Oil, Chemicals, Asbestos)
  • No Tires or Appliances with Freon (Fridges, AC Units)
  • Fill only to the "Maximum Fill Line" (Do not stack above the top)
  • Heavy materials (dirt, concrete) require specialized Heavy bins

Overfill & Weight Warnings

Bins overloaded above the safety rim cannot be legally transported. Drivers will require you to offload excess material before removal.

Overages beyond included tonnage limit are billed at $65 / Ton.

No, you do not need to be present. During checkout, you can leave detailed placement instructions. Our CDL-certified drivers will place the roll-off exactly where requested safely.

How do weight allowances work?

Weight allowances depend on the size. Our 15-yard sizes typically include 1 ton, while 20-yard bins include 2 tons. Overages are weighed at the local transfer station and billed transparently.

Can I request a pickup early?
